sought after community of ORANGE TREE subdivision and built on an
oversized lot overlooking a lake within the subdivision. Our home doesn't
overlook ANY ELSE'S POOL!!!! And we're not talking about stark white
fences hiding other pools, it is pure privacy un-obstructed views of
conservancy and water!!!
ORANGE TREE is a very quiet neighborhood. It is easy to find just off
Highway 27 North, about two and a half miles north of Highway 192 West.
All the major supermarket chains are within five minutes, as are numerous
shops, restaurants, pharmacies, banks and gas stations.

ANY OTHER POOLS!!! No fish bowl settings to worry about. Our street is
located at the furthest point away from Route 27**
**Because our home backs to water and conservation you can experience
amazing wildlife experiences and tranquility. Enjoy the sights and sounds
that our villa's location can only give you**
**Full appointed kitchen is light, open and fully equipped with stove,
microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker. There is a large
laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and board. The kitchen is fully
equipped with all cookery, cutlery, pots, pans, coffee maker, electric
grill - everything you would require even an electric juicer so you can
pick oranges from the grove with in the Orange Tree subdivision and make
freshly squeezed orange juice!!!**
**The oversized pool has steps into it and under-water lights illuminate
the pool for evening swimming. There is also a spa tub for your enjoyment.
A child safety-fence surrounds the pool for your peace of mind. Pool toys
for the kids are also available**
