This new 1400 Sq Ft townhouse is located in the 5-star premier community, Windsor Palms Resort (formerly Wyndham Palms Resort), in Kissimmee near Orlando. Just 3 miles from Disney, this townhouse is a great choice for a family vacation to the Disney theme parks and surrounding area. Why stay in a cramped hotel room when for the same price you have all the comforts of home. This townhouse benefits from it's own luxury spa. We decided against the splash bath that many of the townhouse's have as they are impractical, too small to swim in yet too large for the size of the patio area. N.B. No townhouse's on Windsor Palms have a proper swimming pool. Only the pool homes. The patio area also looks over beautiful conservation views, very few homes have these views at Windsor Palms. The home offers three master bedrooms, all with full bath en suites in this two-story unit with great conservation views. One of the bedrooms with adjoining bathroom is located on the first floor and has a handicapped accessible bathroom shower. The first floor is tiled throughout. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, toaster, and coffeemaker, infact everything you expect from luxury accommodation. The great room has a 32" TV, DVD player, VCR, stereo/CD player and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors open from the great room out to the private screened-in lanai with westerly facing conservation views and of course the superb spa. A waist-high wall affords privacy overlooking courtyard. The bedroom on the first floor is carpeted and comprises a queen size bed and adjoining handicapped accessible bathroom shower. There's also ample storage space and a security safe for our guests to use. Upstairs there are two carpeted bedroom suites, one with a king-size bed, the other two twin beds. A washer/dryer is also provided on the second floor. While guests in our home, you'll have free access to all resort amenities including a full-size Olympic pool, a six-person Jacuzzi, fitness center, convenience store, and a clubhouse.
