Hello Martin & Lyndsie,

We just wanted to say we had a great time in Florida last week and enjoyed Indian Creek. We had NO complaints, everything was just like you said it was, the house was great, clean, plenty of linens, pillows and every amenity we could want. The pool was great, nice and warm.

We were very pleased with the convenience of picking up the key from the lockbox as we arrived at 8 p.m. in the evening.

The drive to Disney was just right, Highway 192 was great also, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.

We also had great weather all week, just one thunderstorm one evening.

We also received a call on Saturday morning from a person who sold us tickets to Disney and Universal (he works in conjunction with Doral Management). When I asked where I could get the tickets, he said he would deliver! Within an hour he arrived with all our tickets, maps, etc. What a timesaver that was!

All in all, we would recommend your house to anyone!

Dear Martin:

We absolutely loved the villa. It worked out perfect for our two families. My husband and I were talking on our way home about renting it again next year if it is available. We aren't sure yet what week (or weeks) we will be going. We are thinking of about the same time next year but may be for two weeks. We liked the location because it was close to everything we needed to do but yet not right down town. I will get back in touch with you when I know for sure what we are doing.

The weather was perfect for our trip and the pool was wonderful. Unfortunately when we came back to Ohio we came back to 12" of snow and cold weather. But that's typical for Ohio weather in February.

Thank you once again for allowing us to use your villa and we will get back to you again when we know more about next year.

Had a great time at your home in Florida. My daughter and her team won 2^nd place in all three categories.
It was great fun.
I will be down again in Orlando arriving April 9^th through the 16^th.

What a wonderful trip! I had to come back to work to rest :)

The villa was even better than we had hoped! It worked out wonderfully for the two families - it was comfortably spacious and surprisingly convenient to Disney World. You may not know that we had record cold temperatures while we were there ... lows around 27 degrees F. Regardless, the pool was warm enough for my daughter to take a dip 2 of the 3 days we were there (understandably not warm enough for me to get in however ... we called the management company and they assured us the heater was doing all it had capacity to do). And regardless of the weather, we made it into the parks every day that we had planned.

Your villa definitely set a new standard that would be tough to meet any other way. We'll probably be contacting you in the future to check availability for one or two periods in the December 2003 - April 2004 range.

Let me begin by saying the villa exceeded our expectations in just about every way. You really do have a beautiful home - and convenient.

Second, your management company was top shelf, always at our beck and call when needed.

We enjoyed it so much we may purchase our own rental soon.

In any event, I wanted to tell you that one of my crumb snappers walked off with a small dog doll.

I can either mail it back to the management company or you can bill me for it.

I trust that everything was left in satisfactory order.

Hi Martin,

I got the email this morning, and thanks for responding so quickly. We are really looking forward to our vacation. It will be the first visit to Florida for us as a family, and I think staying in your home will make it more relaxing and comfortable for everyone.

Thanks too for such a simple booking process. I had been worried about renting for fear that I would get overwhelmed with paperwork and deposits but I found the whole process enjoyable. Again, thank you.
