This privately owned home is situated in the 5****Windsor Palms Resort Community. Located about mile marker 5 on H192, it is 3.5 miles from the Magic Kingdom and everything surrounding it. Windsor Palms is a premier location. It has many free facilities and is a mini resort in itself. There is an Olympic sized pool, toddler pool, tennis, basketball courts, exercise room with Life Fitness equipment, children’s playground, convenient store, game room with video games, pool tables, and air hockey. We even boast having our own Private 54-person Movie Theater. These are just the highlights.

It is a luxurious two storey 5 bed 3.5 bath home, with private pool and spa. It has a galleried landing, and is very spacious with a definite WOW factor. There is 1 King size master suite with private bath, a Queen suite with private bath, and King size bed with half bath across the hallway. Upstairs are two twin bedded theme rooms for the kids or Young at heart grown-ups. 1- “Mickey and Friends” and 1- “Surf Shack” motif.

There is a 54 inch wide screen TV in the family room. We have provided a play station with a variety of games. DVD or VCR’s in all bedrooms. We have a wide range of movie selections in home, as well as rentals available at the clubhouse. There is a CD player for music poolside and books, toys, and games also located around the house. We also have a safe in the Master walk-in closet with each guest’s individual code. For a cool breeze, flip on a ceiling fan located in most all of the bedrooms and great room.

There is a George Forman grill for grilling and dining al fresco. We have a stroller, full size highchair, baby monitor, and portable crib if you have little ones. There is also a hairdryer in the master suite and junior queen suite. Bed linens, shower towels, and pool towels are provided. We have a newer Full size washer and dryer in the home available for your added convenience. Less packing!!

Our villa is slightly offset from our neighbors on a curve and the outside of the pool deck is planted with flowering shrubs which gives a very pleasant out look. There is also a wall behind for best privacy. The pool is plenty big enough to swim and have fun in with a shallow end for the youngsters. There are normally pool toys left there. The Heated Jacuzzi spa is great for relaxing after a day at the parks, golf course, or shopping. A quick dip in the morning while the rest enjoy a leisurely breakfast is just as relaxing, before heading off to the parks for the day. You may even have your own private showing of the Disney fireworks.
